Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at ohioelectricsupply@gmail.com to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee may also apply to some items, so please contact us for all information before returning your item.

 

Q: How fast will I get my order?

We are committed to sending out orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are packaged and ready for shipment within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. 

 

Q: What if the item I am looking for is not on your website?

Please reach out to our staff either by phone or email. We have thousands of products in stock at our warehouse but not all of them are listed on the website. If we have the item in stock, we will gladly make it available for purchase on our website.
